QuikFIT

QuikFIT is a 30 minute version of FIT, perfect for busy schedules. This group training is offered 4x per week. Improve strength, flexibility, balance and overall conditioning.

Want to train for a 5k, 10k, Half or Full Marathon? Want a friendly group of people to run with? We designed the Running Club for you. Programs are available for beginner to seasoned runners and walkers are welcome. A 6-month Island Fitness Running club registration includes:

• Weekly mapped group runs
• Training plans
• Nutrition Tips
• Strength training (QuikFit or FIT)
• Speed work/ Fun Runs
• Social events

Functional Integrated training (FIT)

Functional integrated training (FIT) is a dynamic, team training environment, really fun & sweaty... this multi-functional endurance workout, improves strength, flexibility and balance. FIT, an intense calorie burn for an hour.
