Women's Senior Circuit Training with Larry Indiviglia

30 minute Innovative Fun and Energy. Designed for the 50 plus woman looking to improve balance, strengthen your core, tighten and tone arms, thighs and glutes.  Move and groove to the beat of "oldies" music. Group Personal Training all outdoors!

      Cycling Membership                      $ 35.00 per month additional

Non-Members
       Drop-In Day Pass                         $ 10.00 per day includes class
       Club 10 Pack                               $ 80.00 per card (good for one year)

Men's Flexibility & Balance with Larry Indiviglia

30 minute of focused flexibility using ropes, rollers, bands adn dowels. Designed for the 50 plus man looking to improve overall flexibility and balance targeting the hips, groin, hamstrings and shoulders.

TRX Training for Golf with Eric Isselin

30 minute of focused strengthening and flexibility using the TRX training system. Designed for the active golfer looking to improve overall strength, flexibility and rotation necessary for golfing.
